Jessica and her boyfriend, Chandler are in love with Gorgonzola or “Zola” (named because she “cheeses” when she smiles). Zola graduated from the CFRC program in Orlando and tied for the TOP DOG award as she learned behaviors far and above regular training. She can turn lights off and on, pull a rope on command , pick up items and most amazing was watching her easily crawl under some chairs at the encouragement and reward of her trainer. Jessica and Chandler will be taking her all over town and spoiling her as their newest family member!

Amy and her husband are thrilled to have siblings, Thumper (left) and Tammy! Thumper and Tammy graduated from the Hardee Hero Hound program; and Boy, are these 2 heroes! They were the delight of the trainers and proud to show off their skills as a pair.  After graduation, Amy and her husband showed off their beautiful siblings by enjoying some fun on the beach!

Rachel and Michael are now proud “parents” of their adorable, sweet girl, Nixie! Nixie graduated from CFRC in Orlando. She made the trainers and her new family so proud of her accomplishments! She especially loves to bond with you when asked to get on your lap. It’s a treat that both Nixie, her trainer, and Rachel and Michael will love doing at home. Nixie will have lots of room at home to relax and play!

Katie and Sir Paul McCartney are just thrilled to be united at long last! Katie, our BRGA President, and her boyfriend Matt fell in love with a BRGA sponsored broken leg dog, formerly called Matthew. McCartney, a special boy, had a rough start, recuperating from a hock injury and then just before entering the CFRC program had another incident delaying his entry into the program. McCartney and his trainers watched him go from a shy boy to one who just wants to play and be by your side at all times. He never let his injuries hold him back! As a result, McCartney not only tied for the TOP DOG Award but also won MOST IMPROVED! Thanks to all the many people who rallied to bring McCartney and his new family together!

Kevin and his wife, Maria (not shown) and their 2 special needs boys have had an extremely long wait to finally bring their dear sweet Lemon home! Lemon is a beautiful blue/fawn/brindle who is dainty, mild mannered and very gentle with Kevin and Maria’s boys. Lemon graduated from the Hardee Hero Hound program. She came into the previous session very late and as a result, the family decided to let her stay for another 10 weeks to completely finish the training program. The trainers at Hardee worked incredibly hard to make her the perfect fit for the family. As a result, Lemon won the award of MOST IMPROVED!
